I take on a select number of women training them 1-2-1 online, where you would receive personalised workout plans for at home or the gym, nutritional guidance, coaching check in’s and more. I take on select number of projects and can feature your brand on my Instagram and/or blog. All products will be reviewed by myself and my little ones, and will be spoken about honestly.
