Hey! My name’s Hannah Mills, mummy to two, personal trainer, and pre & post natal specialist.
As a mummy, I know first hand how much anxiety can come with being a new and expectant mummy, especially when it comes to knowing what exercises are safe to do. Which is why I want to empower women, just like you, to stay fit and feel confident throughout pregnancy and motherhood.
As well as providing a place of credible and useful information for all you new mummy’s and mum’s to be, I’m excited to continue sharing with you my experience of my most incredible, yet challenging job to date, motherhood. I love our strong mama community - your support continues to amazes me daily, and I am so grateful for every single message I receive from you guys, so thank you.
